EDINBORO, Pa. — Joe Jones scored 25 points on 10-of-19 shooting to help the Scots (4-0) remain unbeaten. Gil Cummings added 12 points and Vlad Kovalesvsky 10 for Edinboro, which led 33-22 at halftime and led twice in the second half by 15 points before the Tomcats (1-4) rallied. Thiel trailed 63-48 with seven minutes remaining but got to within 72-67 on two free throws by Brandon Mirizio with 1:24 to go. The Tomcats managed only one more basket, by Mirizio in the final 10 seconds, the rest of the way. Mirizio led the Tomcats with 17 points, while Devon Adams and Roddy Fuller (Warren Harding) added 12 apiece. Nick Sefscik had nine points and seven rebounds, and Tommy Hall (Campbell) finished with seven points. Larry Bryant had 10 assists for Edinboro.
Ithaca 85, Allegheny 63
MEADVILLE, Pa. — Unbeaten Ithaca (6-0) pulled away from a 34-all halftime tie, holding the Gators (2-3) to 33 percent shooting (12-of-36) in the championship game of the National City Tournament. Craig Devinney led the Gators with 17 points but he had just five in the second half. George Raftis added nine points, nine rebounds and six assists for Allegheny. Sean Burton had 23 points, one of four Ithaca players in double figures. On Saturday Allegheny beat Hilbert, 58-54,

Allegheny 64, Marietta 53
MARIETTA — Jill Gregory had 15 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists as the Gators (3-2) won the championship game of the Jim Meagle Turkey Shoot Tournament. Hilary Collins added 13 points and Emile Simone finished with 12 for Allegheny. Chelsea Drake scored 17 points for Marietta (2-3).
Penn State Beaver 73, Hiram 67
MARIETTA — Heather Sandusky scored 26 points and Jasmine Green added 13 points and 11 rebounds to lead Penn State Beaver (2-3) in the consolation game of the Jim Meagle Turkey Shoot Tournament at Marietta College. Caitlyn Reuse led the Terriers (1-4) with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Karris Kandel scored 15 points. They combined to shoot 13-of-24 from the field. The rest of the Hiram team was 13-of-47.
Ashland 78, Slippery Rock 51
ASHLAND — Sasha Sales scored a team-high 15 points and grabbed six rebounds for Slippery Rock (2-4) in the championship game of the Holiday Inn Express Tournament. Amanda Nero (Lowellville) had 11 points and Nikki Presto grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds. Lynsey Warren scored a game-high 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Ashland (4-0).
Pitt-Bradford 82, Bethany 71
WILMINGTON — Katie Moore scored 32 points to lead Pitt-Bradford in the consolation game of the Fred Raizk Thanksgiving Tournament hosted by Wilmington College. Michelle Kushner added 13 points, while Maria Costanza and Danielle Zeamer scored 10 apiece for Bradford (2-4). Renee Brandenburg led Bethany (1-4) with 22 points and eight rebounds, while Stacy Goode added 12. Kelly Goode and Tara Harris scored 11 apiece. Saturday night Bethany lost to Wittenberg, 75-50. Brandenburg led Bethany with 12 points, while Harris scored 10 and had six rebounds.
