Sept. 26 wedding for Miss Padisak and Mr. Ames

• AUSTINTOWN — A September wedding is planned by Melissa Padisak, daughter of William Padisak Jr. and Sandra Padisak, all of Austintown, and Michael Ames, son of Atty. and Mrs. C. Douglas Ames, all of Cortland, whose engagement is announced by her parents.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony Sept. 26 at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the -Lake, where their reception will take place afterward. Invitations will be issued for both.

Miss Padisak is the director of marketing at the Better Business Bureau in Youngstown. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Mr. Ames is a graduate of Kent State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in education. He is employed at Heller, Maas, Moro and Magill Co., LPA.
