First two dishes:

Jalapeno Burgers

Ingredients

3 lbs Ground Sirloin Burger

3 lbs Lean Ground Sausage

1-16 oz jar of sliced jalapenos drained

1/4 cup Ketchup

2 tsp. Mustard

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce (A1 Steak Sauce is good also, but if you use A1, use about 2 tablespoons)

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Mix all together in a large bowl and then make into patties. Grill as normal just before removing, add cheese. Some like using hot pepper cheese.

Buffalo wing dip

Ingredients

8 Oz. Cream cheese

8 Oz. Red hot sauce

8 Oz. Ranch dressing

2 Cans chicken

2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shred the canned chicken.

Heat uncovered in a casserole dish for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with nacho chips.

If dip is too hot and spicy, can add more ranch dressing.
