The following people were indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury. They will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 5 before Judge W. Wyatt McKay in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:

Jammi R. Reed, 29, Wellsville, theft and forgery.

Joel E. Eggert, 46, Warren, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with specifications of 5 prior OVI offenses and forfeiture of a 1992 Saturn.

Brian E. Lancaster, 27, West Farmington, two counts, assault against a Champion police officer and a Champion firefighter.

Patrick A. Barrass, 30, Warren, obstructing justice.

Carl E. Jackson, II, 18, Warren, obstructing justice.

Charelle E. Kyles, 22, Gahanna, Ohio, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, two counts of felonious assault.

Erin N. Smith, 23, Niles, receiving stolen property.

Yvonne E. Jeffco, 40, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Mark A. Swartz, 42, Warren, obstructing justice.

Justin J. Shilling, 22, Hubbard, attempted burglary.

Joseph L. Pizzulo, 26, Girard, two counts of theft.

Michael J. Keith, 38, Warren, breaking and entering.

James D. Moore, Jr., 38, Warren, breaking and entering.

Blaine C. Moore, 43, Warren, breaking and entering.

Barry J. Beougher, 34, Warren, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Laura Worrell, 36, Niles, two counts of theft.

Richard M. LeMasters, 23, Cortland, receiving stolen property.

Michael D. Smith, 27, Warren, theft.

Antuan O. Heller, 22, Warren, two counts of cocaine possession.

Reginald D. Bullard, 41, Warren, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Joseph W. Harrison, 24, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Brittney S. Watson, 21, Niles, tampering with evidence.

Jason E. Adams, 29, Warren, misuse of credit cards and receiving stolen property.

The grand jury refused to indict the following:

Timothy C. Lee, 28, Hubbard, heroin possession.

Marvin C. McCauley Jr., 36, Niles, endangering children and illegal marijuana cultivation.

Matthew R. Gilmore, 24, Warren, aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident.

Andrew R. Southall, 22, Farmington, rape and abduction.

Brian D. Day Jr., 19, Farmdale, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault.

Sharae M. Davidson, 27, Girard, burglary, robbery and theft.

Walter L. Toles, 43, Newton Falls, cocaine possession.

Mark A. Swartz, 42, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Laval L. Jackson, 35, Warren, three counts, receiving stolen property.

Jerry D. Vail Jr., 39, Warren, aggravated robbery.
