• STRUTHERS — Hopewell Baptist Church was the setting at 6 p.m. Aug. 8 for the wedding of Roxanne M. Fox and Jeffrey J. Farrow, both of Youngstown.

Travis Connelly officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Rebecca Fife, 4051 Stratmore Ave., Boardman, and Robert Bourlier, Lawrence Avenue, Girard, and the son of Clare and Jeffrey L. Farrow, 3229 Quentin Drive, Youngstown.

The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the home of the groom’s parents before leaving for a honeymoon at the Courtyard Marriott in Niagara Falls, Ontario. They live in Youngstown.

The bride’s strapless tiered ball gown was enhanced with embroidered beadwork and a black sash.

Black gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Denise Belan of Youngstown, and the bride’s sister and bridesmaid, Gina Wilson of Warren. Wearing a white gown was the couple’s daughter and flower girl, Vanessa Farrow of Youngstown, who was escorted by Jill Fair of Youngstown.

Joseph Farrow of Youngstown was best man for his brother, and groomsman was Joseph Potts of Youngstown. Ring bearers were the couple’s sons, Austin and Benjamin Fox and Jay Farrow, all of Youngstown. Jay’s escort was the groom’s sister, Jessica Farrow of Youngstown, and escorting Benjamin was Doris Fair of Youngstown.

Mrs. Farrow, a homemaker, majored in photography and journalism at Youngstown State University. The groom is a delivery driver in Youngstown.
