• STRUTHERS — Isla Mujeres, Mexico, was the honeymoon destination of Dwayne David Thomas and his bride, the former Kate Anne McQueen, both of 2380 W. Manor Ave., Poland, who were united in marriage by the Rev. Steven Breazier at 1:30 p.m. July 26 at Struthers Presbyterian Church.

Afterward a reception at Archangel Michael Parish Center in Campbell honored the daughter of Bonnie Bennett, 2265 W. Manor Ave., Poland, and Paul McQueen of Englewood, Fla., and the son of David and Sue Thomas, 2238 Middletown Road, Poland.

The bride wore a strapless white A-line gown enhanced with sequins.

Black and fuchsia gowns were worn by the matron of honor, Mary Missos, and the bridesmaids, Tara Cioffi, Debra Loboy, Shari Hall, Carie Watson, Karen Prokop and Jen Vega. Junior bridesmaids were Taylar Thomas and Juliana Missos. Flower girl was Bonnie Missos.

Greg Thomas served as best man, and groomsmen were Justin Lewis, Marc Shaw, Mike Smith, Brian Seifert, and Jonathan and Chris McQueen. Junior groomsmen were Nikitas Missos and Jacob McQueen, and ring bearer was Aidan McQueen. Guests were ushered by Keith and Austin Freet.

The bride, a courier with Federal Express in Cranberry, Pa., graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

The groom is a service technician with Yamaha of Warren.
