Time Warner, Big Ten reach agreement

Time Warner Cable, Inc., announced Monday night that it reached an agreement “in principle” with the Big Ten Network to carry games on the cable network’s expanded basic level of service.

That means Saturday’s Youngstown State-Ohio State game will be carried on Time Warner Cable.
