• YOUNGSTOWN — St. Columba Cathedral was the setting at 1:30 p.m. June 7 for the wedding of Michele Marian, a daughter of Ron and Yetta Marian of Youngstown, and John Gallagher, a son of Dan Gallagher of Youngstown, and the late Rosemary Gallagher. The Revs. Timothy O’Neill and John Keehner officiated,

After a reception at the Butler Institute of American Art, the couple left for a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. They live in Columbus.

The bride’s off-the-shoulder-style white satin gown was embellished with Austrian crystals and a rhinestone broach at the waist, and featured shoulder straps and a trumpet skirt that flowed into a cathedral train.

Raspberry-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Carolyn Abbruzzese, and the bridesmaids, Maggie Gallagher, Diane Schilling and Pam McWilliams-Hauser. Also participating was Aleah Seidler.

Dan O’Brien was best man, and groomsmen were Todd Marian, Mark Ondash and Clay Baker. Ring bearer was Dominic Abbruzzese.

The bride graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and from Youngstown State University with a master’s in counseling. She is a therapist with Franklin County Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board in Columbus. The groom, a certified real estate appraiser and Realtor, owns Gallagher Appraisals in Columbus, earned a bachelor’s in business administration at OSU.
