Krok anniversary celebrated during dinner party

• MINERAL RIDGE — Mr. and Mrs. Edward Krok, 1318 Raspberry Lane, celebrated the 50th anniversary of their wedding with family and friends on Aug. 9 during a dinner party at the Boardman home of a son and daughter-in-law, Scott Krok and Dr. Marcelle R. Wilson, who were hosts for the festivity.

The couple’s family also includes a son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Sherry Krok of Warren.

On Aug. 9, 1958, Mr. Krok and the former Doloris Holmes were united in marriage at St. Stephen Church in Niles.

The couple are members of First United Methodist Church of Girard.

Prior to retiring in 1993, the couple owned Ed-Dee Printing in Girard. Mrs. Krok is a master gardener at Mill Creek Park. Her husband served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
