Garden tours planned at Toth residence

HUBBARD — The 12th annual tour of the gardens at the home of Rodney and Kay Toth, 5637 W. Liberty St., (2.5 miles east of Belmont Avenue) is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 31

A highlight of the day will be vocal entertainment by Monica Toth Baker at 2 p.m.

The major gardens feature dahlias, 19 different varieties of tomatoes, several varieties of peppers, hostas, coleuses, annuals and perennials, and a 40-foot-long gourd arbor.

The public is invited. There is no admission fee, and there is ample parking space.
