Russo-Carpenter wedding to be at park conservatory

• BOARDMAN — The engagement of Julie Russo and Jason Carpenter, both of 2382 Mills Fall Drive, Hilliard, is being announced by Terence and Kathleen Russo, 628 Cathy Ann Drive, parents of the bride-elect.

The future groom is a son of Hilda Hernandez, 3353 Woodlawn Ave., Blasdell, N.Y., and Ron Carpenter, 5278 Laheyer Road, Fort Wayne, Ind.

The couple have chosen Franklin Park Conservatory Palm House as the setting for their 6:30 p.m. Oct. 4 wedding and for their reception afterward. Invitations will be issued for both.

Miss Russo, a graduate of Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, is associate vice president with Fahlgren Mortine Public Relations in Columbus.

Mr. Carpenter is the president of Environmental Pest Management in Columbus.
