October chosen for Grammes Dieter wedding

• The engagement of Katie Grammes and Bill Dieter, both of 1302 Belle Ave., Lakewood, and plans for their upcoming wedding are being announced.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 5 at Henry’s at the Barn in Avon, where a reception will take place afterward. Invitations will be extended for both.

Kathy and Leonard Grammes, 2140 Carabel Ave., Lakewood, are parents of the bride-elect. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland with a degree in nursing and is a registered nurse in the medical intensive care unit at University Hospital Case Medical Center, Cleveland.

The prospective groom is a son of Maryann and Dick Dieter, 248 E. Main St., Canfield. He graduated from Ohio University in Athens and is the owner of Second Sole in Rocky River.
