Planet Aid has violated three of the 20 Better Business Bureau standards, the organization said.

Standard 8: Spend at least 65 percent of its total expenses on program activities.

Standard 9: Spending should be no more than 35 percent of contributions on fundraising.

Standard 13: Accurately report that charity’s expenses.
