Parents announce date for Williams, Cox fall wedding

• Plans for the upcoming marriage of Cassandra Williams, 597 Purdue Ave., Austintown, and Brian Cox, 10515 Carrie Drive, New Middletown, are being announced by their parents.

The couple will be married Oct. 4 at St. Dominic Church, Youngstown. The open ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m. and will be followed by an evening reception by invitation at the Links Banquet Center in Columbiana.

The bride-elect is a daughter of John Williams of Mineral Ridge and Charlene Williams of Austintown. She graduated from Ohio University at Athens with a bachelor’s degree in specialized studies and is an account executive with The Prodigal Media Co. in Poland.

Parents of the future groom are Dave Cox of Boardman and Debbie Skorich of New Middletown. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is an executive assistant with Walgreens in Niles.
