U-turn on Route 711 causes rollover accident

GIRARD — A man was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center after he was broad-sided on the state Route 711 connector.

Jeff Huzicka, 38, of Lowellville, whose vehicle rolled over about three times, was released after treatment Friday evening, Girard police said.

The accident happened at 1:40 p.m. Friday after Sandra Grimm, 58, of Steubenville did a U-turn on the connector and struck Huzicka’s car, police said. Grimm wasn’t hurt. She was cited for changing lanes without safety, police said.
