D'Amore-Swart wedding to be at Jamaican resort

• LORDSTOWN — The engagement of Michelle D. D'Amore and Evan C. Swart, both of 912 Charleston Way Drive, Westerville, and plans for their upcoming marriage are being announced by her parents, Tom and Diane Uher, 6696 Brookhollow Drive SW, Lordstown.

The prospective groom is a son of Rick and Pam Swart, 57 N. Court, Thornville.

Riu Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, will be the setting for the wedding the couple have planned for 4 p.m. Sept. 6, and for their reception immediately afterward.

The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in English. She is a human resources assistant with LD Management Corp. in Worthington.

The future groom is a Web designer with American Signature Furniture in Columbus. He earned a bachelor’s degree in visual communication from Bowling Green State University.
