Pa. State Police seek girl missing, perhaps in Columbiana County

DARLINGTON, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are looking for Tiarra Santes Kiger, a 14-year-old girl who ran away from home on Aug. 5. According to the police, Kiger stands 4-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs approximately 118 pounds and has red-blonde hair.

Kiger is believed to be in the southern portion of Beaver County, the Chester, W.Va., area or the East Liverpool area.
