Scrappers lose fifth straight, 2-1, to ValleyCats

NILES — Donnie Webb’s solo home run in the second inning accounted for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers’ only run in a 2-1 loss to the Tri-City ValleyCats Sunday night at Eastwood Field.
