• YOUNGSTOWN — Lisa Reedy, daughter of Raymond and Karen Reedy, all of 8015 St. Rosario Place, Canfield, and Jeff Wilson, of 1086 Emorey Circle, Akron, were united in marriage in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony June 7 at St. Dominic Church.
The groom is a son of Jon and Georgeen Stevens of Murphysboro, Ill., and Jeff Wilson of Bridgeport, Ill.
The Rev. David Gerard DeMarco, cousin of the bride, officiated over the vows, and a reception followed at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
After a honeymoon in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the bride and groom reside at the Emorey Circle address.
The bride’s white satin gown was embellished with embroidery, and pearl and crystal beading, and featured a black lace-up corset back and a semicathedral train.
Wearing black halter dresses were the maid of honor, Tara Reedy, sister of the bride, and bridesmaids Dawn Strete, sister of the bride; Lara Johnson, cousin of the bride; Stacey Orbovich; Crystal Kane; and Abbey Jones. Flower girl was Madison Orbovich.
Brian Persons was best man, and groomsmen were Matt Tapley; Andy Steffy; Chris, Joe and Jeremy Stevens, all brothers of the groom; and Mike Strete, brother-in-law of the bride. The groom’s son, Jeffrey Wilson, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Wilson, a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business, is admissions coordinator for Fresenius Medical Care in Uniontown, Ohio.
Mr. Wilson is a supervisor for Bluegrass Satellite/DirecTV in Akron.
