Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its reservation deadline.

Who: Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church.

What: Summer Bible school program for participants from age 6 to 16.

When: 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 18-22.

Where: Church, 626 Wick Ave, Youngstown.

Who: Our Lady of Hungary Church.

What: The adventure to learn about Jesus includes children from kindergarten through sixth grade.

When: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Aug. 18-22.

Where: Church, 545 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown.

Who: Wickliffe Presbyterian Church.

What: “Power Lab” program for participants 4 years and older. There will be Bible stories, crafts, music and games. Dinner will be provided.

When: 5:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 18-22.

Where: Church, 45 Idlewood Road, Austintown

Who: High Pointe Church.

What: “Mega Sports Camp” theme for participants from 4 years old through seventh grade. Activities will include soccer, basketball and cheerleading. There will be guest speakers who are athletes.

When: 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
