JANEEN FOSSESCA/SHANE HOGAN
• YOUNGSTOWN — The marriage of Janeen Francine Fossesca and Shane Michael Hogan, both of Ridgebury Drive, Hilliard, was solemnized by Monsignor Michael Cariglio at 2:30 p.m. April 19 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Fossesca, S. Wendover Circle, and son of Richard Hogan of Cambridge and Janie Hogan of Lore City were honored at a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman before leaving for a Caribbean cruise. Upon return, they live in Hilliard.
Crystals and silver embroidery embellished the bride’s strapless A-line gown. It featured a sweetheart neckline, a double tulle overlay and a chapel train.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Susan Scheeres; the bridesmaids, Rebecca Pallay and Christine Frasca, and junior bridesmaid, Abigail Hogan, his niece. Flower girl was Olivia Fossesca, the bride’s niece. Andrew Chumney was best man, and groomsmen were Rick Hogan, the groom’s brother, and James Fossesca Jr., brother of the bride. The bride’s nephews, Austin Fossesca and Brayden Fossesca, were ring bearers.
Mrs. Hogan graduated from Ohio State University at Columbus with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting. She is the office manager with Crown Motor Company Inc. in Dublin. Mr. Hogan is employed in the parts department with Fyda Freightliner Inc., Hilliard. He earned a bachelor’s degree in social science from Ohio University at Zanesville.
