Gomez-Farragher vows will unite couple in October

• The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Desiree J. Gomez and Brandon J. Farragher is being announced by their parents, Lisa and Henry Gomez of Boardman, and Jayne and David Farragher of Canfield.

The future bride, who earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Youngstown State University, is pursuing a master’s degree in social work. She is employed with PsyCare Inc. in Liberty.

The prospective groom is pursuing a bachelor’s degree at YSU. He is employed with Shutrump & Associates in Canfield.

The couple will be united in marriage during a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 4 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at Avion on the Water banquet center in Canfield.
