• YOUNGSTOWN — Amanda Day, a daughter of Patrick and Cindy Day, 48181 state Route 14, New Waterford, and Rob Priscak, a son of Robert and Ronna Priscak, 4805 state Route 60, Wakeman, were united in marriage during a 4 p.m. ceremony June 27 in the Rose Gardens at Mill Creek Park.
Pastor Phil Engle officiated, and a reception followed at the Davis Center in the park.
The bride's halter-style ivory satin gown featured a laced up back and was enhanced with embroidery and crystal beading. A sienna colored sash accented the empire bodice and cascaded from a fold-over tie at the back down the chapel train.
Josi McGahan of East Palestine was the honor attendant, and the groom’s sister, Erica Priscak of Wakeman, was flower girl. They wore pink gowns.
The duties of best man were shared by the groom's brother, Tim Priscak of Wakeman, and Keith Cropper of Akron. Groomsmen were Kevin Costello of Niles; Derek Day of New Waterford, brother of the bride; and Steve Priscak of Wakeman, the groom’s brother.
Mrs. Priscak graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is a sales consultant with AT&T Mobility in Boardman.
Mr. Priscak, a supervisor with Fedex Freight in North Jackson, graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s in computer science.
After a wedding trip to Sandals Resort in Negril, Jamaica, the couple live in Austintown.
