Kathleen Fanfer, 51, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession, heroin possession.

Christopher J. Fenton, 25, Market Street, Boardman, robbery and tampering with evidence.

James A. Carlucci, 32, Harvey Street, Struthers, burglary.

Samir H. Abdullah, 27, West Florida Avenue, Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, drug possession, heroin possession.

Reginald Robinson, 44, unknown address, failure to notify change of address, failure to verify current address.

Donna M. Flipowicz, 36, Lafayette Street, Youngstown, misuse of a credit card, receiving stolen property.
