CANFIELD — A Garden Tea Party has been planned by the Holborn Herb Growers Guild and will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Western Reserve Village in the Canfield Fairgrounds. Tickets are $8 and available to the public at the village during the Canfield Fair, or by calling Virginia Bartos, (330) 750-9862.
