Meeting planned on forming another South Side block watch

YOUNGSTOWN — Residents of Dickson, Samuel and Mabel streets in the city’s Seventh Ward are invited to a 5:30 p.m. Monday meeting at 2001 South Ave. to discuss the creation of a neighborhood block watch for the area.
