African World Festival trip is scheduled

YOUNGSTOWN — E.B. Family Life Center, 7 S. Garland Ave., is planning a motor coach trip to the African World Festival in Detroit on Aug. 16, when the O’Jays will perform. The bus will leave at 8 a.m. from the church, and it will depart Detroit at 11 p.m. that night.

There will be games, prizes, movies and refreshments on the bus. The cost is $45.
