• YOUNGSTOWN — Monsignor David W. Rhodes officiated as Jennifer Rose Chance, 2277 Oran Drive, and Kurt Allen Lemke, 6955 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 5 at St. Christine Church.
A reception was held afterward to honor the daughter of Al and Rose Chance, also of the Oran Drive address, and the son of Keith and Mary Ann Lemke, 2452 Frostwood Drive, Austintown.
The bride wore a beaded strapless tulle gown with a sweetheart neckline and chapel train.
Lime green dresses with fuchsia sashes were worn by Nicole Brookhart and Kristen Chance, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Candace Barak, Molly Hannis, Carla Buzzacco, Jen Sine, Robin Briguglio, Stacie Lawson, Ashlee Lemke and Stephanie Hamilla. Flower girls were Kali Hamilla and Kylie Koma.
Serving as best man was Craig Lemke, and best men were A.J. Chance, Arlo Brookhart, Nate Hamilla, Tom Lawson, Joe Zemko, Frank Giordano, Tony Morocco, Tony Gennaro and Jim Bosilcoff.
The bride graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in reading and literacy. She is a kindergarten teacher with Austintown Local Schools.
The groom, a software engineer with Intellitech Corp. in Poland, is attending Youngstown State University.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple live at the Tippecanoe Road address.
