U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, is to deliver a speech today at Austintown Fitch High School’s gymnasium.

Obama will hold a “New Energy for America” town hall-style meeting to discuss his plans on energy policy.

The doors to Fitch, 4560 Falcon Drive, open at 7:15 a.m.

Obama is to speak about 9 a.m.

About 2,000 are to attend. A free ticket is needed, but all have been taken.

Parking at the site is limited.

After Fitch, Obama will hold a similar meeting at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea.
