Dr. Jason Griffith has joined Salem Radiologists. Dr. Griffith comes to Salem from Detroit with extensive training in the field of medical imaging. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University and completed his radiology residency at Henry Ford Hospital.

Dr. Etwar McBean, a bariatric surgeon, has joined the medical staff of UPMC Horizon in Greenville, Pa., and Horizon Surgical Associates – UPMC. Dr. McBean completed a general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and a fellowship in minimally-invasive and bariatric surgery at The Cleveland Clinic.

Joshua Berman, a graduate of Boardman High School, has been named director of EDI and denials for the Cleveland Clinic. He had been senior manager of revenue recovery. He earned a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Ohio University.

Gene Bonanno, owner of WSI – The Bonanno Group in Canfield, was appointed by WSI corporate to represent more than 30 internet consultants in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Bonanno’s franchise is in the top 1 percent of more than 1,500 WSI offices in 87 countries.

Gary Schumacher of Beaver Township has joined the Poland office of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services as a sales associate. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales, management and ownership in the auto industry.
