All local school levies fail

YOUNGSTOWN — There will be no new money coming for five school districts in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. All the levies went down to defeat by large margins in today’s special elections.

Going down to defeat were levies for the Jackson-Milton, Southington, Leetonia, Springfield and Lordstown school districts.
