Robert L. Sheehan, a 1986 graduate of Mathews High School in Vienna and a 1993 graduate of Youngstown State University, has completed his doctoral residency at Smith College for social work in Northampton, Mass.
He is the clinical director of support and recovery services in Portland, Maine. He also maintains a private practice in Topsham, Maine, where he lives.
In addition to his clinical work, Sheehan is an adjunct faculty member of the University of New England, where he earned his master’s degree in 1997. He also is a guest lecturer at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
