Woman, 27, killed in crash at Niles intersection

NILES — City police said Sarah Vaughn, 27, of Niles died in a car accident at 3 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Main and Helen streets. The crash remains under investigation by city police. The Ohio State Highway Patrol also responded to the scene.
