Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: The complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its reservation deadline. Who: Cornersburg Baptist Church.

What: “I Can Do All Things Through Christ” for participants from 4 years old through adults. Activities include Bible stories, crafts and bouncy castle.

When: 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 15 with a lunch following.

Who: Holy Trinity and Emmanuel Lutheran Churches of Salem.

What: “Power Lab: “Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power” program for participants from 2 years old through sixth grade. Adults may participate.

When: 5:30 to 8:35 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. A free dinner will be provided at each session.

Who: Mahoning United Methodist Church.

What: “Beach Party: Surfing through the Scriptures” for participants from 4 years old to those who have completed sixth grade.

When: 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 11-15.

Who: New Springfield Trinity United Methodist Church.

What: “Veggie Tales — The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything” program for 3-year-olds to those entering fifth grade this fall. Activities will include Bible stories, crafts, music and snacks. When: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 11-14.
