The following were indicted Thursday by the Mahoning County grand jury:

Darby McCoy, 38, of Alliance-Salem Road, Salem, domestic violence and intimidation of a victim.

Daron Nesbitt, 29, of Tracy Drive, felonious assault and disrupting public services.

Johnny L. King, 32, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, aggravated burglary, menacing by stalking and intimidation of a victim or witness.

Dennis Ray, 47, of Willis Avenue, burglary.

Michael J. Bode, 58, of Skip Drive, Lowellville, misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol.

Thomas M. Ricciardi, 28, of St. Andrews Drive, Canfield, three counts of burglary and one count of theft.

Lamont J. Rankin, 24, of East Judson Avenue, failure to comply with a police order.

Mark D. Butler, 22, of Forestview Drive, felonious assault and obstructing justice.

Robert L. Chappell, 22, of West Boston Avenue, aggravated robbery.

Joseph L. Sanders, 36, of Dryden Avenue, cocaine possession.

Gena Wade, 29, of Courtney Road, Beloit, heroin possession.

William S. Matsouris, 64, of North Duck Creek Road, North Jackson, receiving stolen property.

Alan M. Johnson, 21, of Elm Street or Riblett Avenue, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, burglary and four counts of kidnapping.

Jessica Johnson, 22, of East Glenaven Avenue, identity fraud and escape.

Gareth L. White, 27, of West LaClede Avenue, cocaine and heroin possession.

Nathaniel S. Myricks, 24, of Miles Avenue, Northwest, Canton, or Chatham Lane, Youngstown, misuse of a credit card and receiving stolen property.

Christina J. Pankey, 37, of West Wood Street, failure to comply with a police order.

Carla M. Carabbia, 28, of Montrose Street, cocaine possession.

Michael Butch, 51, of Rexford Road, domestic violence and two counts of intimidation of a victim or witness.

Linda Petrosky, 58, of East Lucius Avenue, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

Michael Young, 26, of East Chalmers Avenue, cocaine possession.

The grand jury declined to indict Andre Bankston of Westchester Drive, Austintown, on charges of failure to comply with a police order, receiving stolen property, illegal gun possession, improper handling of a firearm in a vehicle, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and theft.

It also declined to indict Valdino Marion of South Evanston Avenue, Youngstown, and Fairdale Avenue, Campbell, on a charge of illegal gun possession, and Brenda Arehart of Chicago Avenue, Youngstown, or North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, on a drug possession charge.
