Ohio Drug Card Fact sheet

What: Ohio Drug Card, a statewide free prescription drug card that allows savings of up to 75 percent on prescriptions at participating pharmacies.

Who: Any Ohio resident, regardless of age or income.

Why: Ohio Drug Card helps uninsured and under-insured people in Ohio afford prescription medications. The program can also be used by people who have health insurance coverage without prescription benefits.

When: The program will be launched Monday.

Where: The card can be downloaded at www.ohiodrugcard.com or processed at any Ohio Kmart.
