Family gathers for Rohans’ 55th

X LIBERTY — Tom and Freida Rohan, 529 Murray Hill Drive, recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.

The festivities took place April 13 at Harry & Jean’s in Canfield, hosted by the Rohans’ children and spouses and their seven grandchildren.

Their children are Tom and Karen Rohan of Pulaski, Pa.; Rhonda Kinch of Mentor; Diane and Dave Kopacz of Conneaut, Ohio; Bill Rohan of Boardman; and Christine Rohan of Girard.

The former Freida Johns and Mr. Rohan were married April 11, 1953, at St. Maron Church in Youngstown, where they are members.

She is a homemaker, and he worked in area supermarkets as a meat manager before retiring in 2000. He served in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1956.
