Boardman's Greco becomes first area draft pick

Boardman High graduate John Greco, an offensive tackle from Toledo, was selected by the St. Louis Rams with the second pick of Sunday's first round, No. 65 overall, to become the first area player selected in this year's NFL draft.

Greco was a four-year starter at Toledo.

At least four other area players are expected to be selected today: Chaney's Keilen Dykes (West Virginia), Fitch's Mike McGlynn (Pitt) and Warren Harding's Mario Manningham (Michigan) and Antwaun Molden (Eastern Kentucky).
