Bartos celebrate 60th anniversary at family dinners

X AUSTINTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bartos of Austintown, who were married April 15, 1948, at St. Nicholas Byzantine Church in Youngstown, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at dinners with members of their family.

Their family includes Betty Patrick of Austintown and Debbie and Leo Wielbruda, also of Austintown; two granddaughters;and one grandson.

Mr. Bartos is a World War II veteran. He served with the U.S. Army in the Philippines. He was employed as a craneman for 38 years in the seamless tube department at Jones and Laughlin Steel Co. in Campbell, prior to retiring in 1983. His wife is a homemaker.

The couple are members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and are volunteer workers at St. Anne's.
