Filimon-Antenucci engagement is being announced

X HUBBARD — Terrence and Sandra Filimon, 603 Raymond Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Eileen Filimon, of the same address, and Michael James Antenucci, 869 W. Park Drive, a son of James and Cindy Antenucci, 126 Oakdale Ave.

The bride-to-be graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

The future groom is a respiratory therapist with St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. A summa cum laude graduate of YSU, he holds a bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy.

St. Patrick Church has been chosen by the couple for their open wedding at 1 p.m. Aug. 9. Their reception will take place that evening by invitation at The Corinthian in Sharon, Pa.
