Christine Rovnak, and Nicholas Dean set May wedding

X YOUNGSTOWN — The engagement of Christine Rovnak, 1877 Moonlit Trail, Akron, and Nicholas Dean, a son of Eddie and Joanne Dean, all of 3897 Jones Road, Diamond, is being announced by parents of the bride-to-be, Tom and Janice Rovnak, 3608 Beechwood Place.

Miss Rovnak, a registered nurse at Akron General Medical Center, graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in nursing.

Mr. Dean is pursuing a degree in construction management at Kent State University and is employed by Cementech Inc. in Tallmadge.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows at 1 p.m. May 31 during a ceremony at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church.

Invitations will be extended for the wedding and for an evening reception at The Embassy.
