ANGELA TIROTTA TIMOTHY HIGGINS

X YOUNGSTOWN — Angela Lynn Tirotta and Timothy Ryan Higgins were married at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Davis Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens.

The bride is a daughter of Carole Tirotta, 7 W. Wood St., Lowellville, and the late Allan Tirotta. The groom is a son of Stephen and Charlotte Higgins, 6249 New Castle Road, Lowellville.

The Rev. Donald Booth officiated, and a reception followed at the Davis Center.

The bride’s ivory tissue taffeta ball gown was enhanced with crystals and pearls, and featured ruching and a flowing train.

Wearing navy blue gowns with ivory fur wraps were the honor attendants, Melissa Frederick and Erica Wortman, and the bridesmaids, Amanda Tirotta, Nikki Faldowski, KatieLynn Olson, Sarah Shevetz and Shannon Backner.

Erin and Delaney Higgins were flower girls.

Stephen and Patrick Higgins performed best-man duties, and groomsmen were Jason Tirotta, Adam Russ, Joseph Kamensky, Chris Backner and John Scheckelhoff. Jason Tirotta served as ring bearer.

Mrs. Higgins graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is a kindergarten teacher at Eagle Heights Academy and is working toward a master’s in education at YSU.

The groom is assistant manager of Sam’s Club in Boardman.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and reside at 15 W. Wood St., Lowellville.
