Mark Pecchia of Boardman has joined Hill, Barth King as an associate. He is to receive his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in accounting, from Youngstown State University in May. He recently completed an internship with the firm.

Real estate

Shirley Ulrich of McDonald joined Real Living Volpini Realty Group in Howland last month. She had been an auctioneer for another real estate company. Shirley graduated from Youngstown State University. She received her real estate training at Hondros College and her auctioneering training at Walton’s School of Auctioneers in Medina. Shirley and her husband, Marcel, own and operate Auctions by Ulrich.
