Turning Technologies introduces new receiver

YOUNGSTOWN — Turning Technologies has introduced a new receiver that allows presenters to use its audience response system without a projector or computer.

ResponseCard AnyWhere is a handheld receiver with an LCD screen. It is about the size of a deck of playing cards.

Other products in the Youngstown company’s line use a computer or projector to allow a presenter to view polls from students in a classroom or business people in corporate training.

Users of the local company’s TurningPoint product have a response card that allows them to respond to questions or send feedback to a presenter. Results are tabulated quickly for the presenter.
