Lima named CFO

HERMITAGE, Pa. — Tito Lima has been named chief financial officer of First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N. B. Corp. Lima returns to First National after three years as CFO and treasurer of Sterling Financial Corp. in Lancaster, Pa. He previously was CFO for First National Bank and controller for F.N.B. Corp., officials said.

Eaton earnings rise 5%

CLEVELAND — Eaton Corp., a maker of industrial parts and systems, said Monday that first-quarter earnings rose 5 percent as demand from international markets pushed sales higher. Eaton said net income jumped to $247 million, or $1.64 per share, for the quarter ended March 31, up from $234 million, or $1.56 per share, a year ago.
