Banking News: Charles O. Moore joins F.N.B. Corp.

Charles O. Moore has joined F.N.B. Corp. as president and chief executive of Regency Finance Co. and its subsidiaries. Moore, from Cincinnati, has 23 years’ experience in consumer lending, most recently as president and chief executive of Dealers Financial Services. Moore is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College and the University of the State of New York. Regency Finance is a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp. of Hermitage, Pa.

Barbara Van Dervort of Niles, who has been a real estate agent for 30 years, is returning to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, as a sales associate with the company’s Howland office. Van Dervort has advanced professional designations in relocation services, new construction and senior residential living.
