Allison K. Person, Steven L. Hedgepeth to be married in late May ceremony

X GIRARD — Dr. and Mrs. Donald Person of Girard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Allison K. Person of Cincinnati, and Steven L. Hedgepeth of Durham, N.C., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hedgepeth of Fayetteville, N.C.

The couple have chosen May 31 for their 4 p.m. wedding at Central Christian Church in Warren. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for a reception at Avalon Golf and Country Club in Buhl Park, Sharon, Pa.

The bride-elect graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a doctor of medicine degree and is a resident physician at Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland.

The prospective groom is president of Alternative Care Treatment Systems in North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology.
