YSU SOFTBALL Used equipment drive

Details: The Youngstown State softball team is holding a used baseball and softball equipment drive during its doubleheader against Wright State at 1 p.m. Saturday at McCune Park in Canfield. Admission is free. Bring used equipment including helmets, catcher’s gear, cleats, bats, gloves, balls and other items to receive a gift from the Green Team and Youngstown Litter Control and Recycling.

Other drop-off locations: YMCA’s downtown Youngstown and Boardman locations, Youngstown Police chief’s office where the collection is ongoing, and YSU Andrews Student Recreation and Wellness Center and Lake Milton State Park office, both of which have collections through May 30.
