Musicale on April 20 at St. Augustine Church

YOUNGSTOWN — The National Council of Negro Women, Youngstown Section, will present its 29th annual musicale at 4 p.m. April 20 at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 614 Parmelee Ave. One of the featured performers at the free public event will be musician James Ferguson.
