Legal issues on agenda at meeting of S.O.A.R.

CORTLAND — Legal issues will be discussed when S.O.A.R. (Supportive Options and Resources) of Cortland meets on Sunday at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 490 N. High St., after the free dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Atty. Patricia Keaney will speak on estate planning, living wills, and power of attorney.
